The walk sequenced list, also known as the saturation
or "occupant" list, is the simplest list that we sell.
This mailing list offers maximum market saturation
while delivering minimum postage costs. The file is
available addressed to either "Occupant / Resident" or
the actual residents name (where available). You may
also select dwelling unit type, such as single family
dwelling unit (homes) or "multi family dwelling unit"
(apartments/condos).
The Named Consumer file:
This file allows you to really target your prospect by
choosing qualifiers such as home ownership, ages,
incomes, home values, length of residency and presence
of child. All records in this file come from one of
the nations largest data compilers / credit reporting
agencies, and our clients have experienced excellent
